Great customer service. They came in to evaluate and next thing you know the next day my new A/C system was installed. Days later I was having floor leaks and apparently the pvc was cracked at the time of installation due to being so old but as soon as I called they came in the next day replaced/fixed it. If you ask they will explain every detail or concerns that you have. Shawn ensures that everything is completed properly and in timely manner. | 100% recommend.

My AC stopped working in the early hours of a 100* June morning in Vegas. I shopped around and got a hold of “Active Plumbing” and they were able to show up within 45 minutes to inspect. The tech assessed the issue and changed out a few components, high voltage capacitor and a few other things that they had stocked on their truck already. In all, the job was finished within 30 minutes. It was much cheaper than I was expecting, and I signed up for their yearly service to maintain my rooftop AC system and also my water heater and plumbing needs. I had a home warranty, which I just canceled, (basically to service these needs) since I am now using Active Plumbing.

I had a sewage issue over a weekend. Everything was backed up. I contacted Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning and they came out the same day at no extra charge! Tony was our technician and was so friendly and helpful. He had to spend hours working on my situation and resolved the issue. The charge was very reasonable and everyone I spoke with was professional and went above and beyond. I highly recommend Active Plumbing and will be calling them for any future work I may need done.

TL was the best guy to repair my AC. He was knowledgeable with all the information for all the questions that I had. He did the job pretty quickly and with good quality. I will definitely recommend him and the company to the other people. Don"t even think twice call them.

It's Vegas and it's getting H O T!! Of course my A/c went out.... I called Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning based on a referral from a good friend and I am so glad I did. They are AMAZING!!!! They came out same day to check it out and got the new unit installed ASAP! The prices are extremely competitive too. ALL of the staff, office and field, were friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to answer all my questions. Never getting frustrated when I had just 1 more quick question... thank you HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for an AC company!!! Thanks Active Plumbing and Air Conditioning!!!!!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Active Plumbing! Firstly, Justin came, assessed the problem and provided me a better solution and estimation than their competitor. I was clearly informed about an alternative solutions, financial aspects, warranty, the whole process - at what time I might expect the team to come every day, when water would be shut down etc. The quality of their work was outstanding. The repair was carried out efficiently. What really stood out was their attention to details and commitment to ensuring everything was working perfectly before leaving (the area around the house looked like there was no repair at all!). I can also recommend the Air Conditioning cleaning service. Shawn and the team did a great job for us. We had a 24 year old AC compressor that died. We called and talked to a few different companies and Shawn did a great job presenting their install care, value offering, and warranty plans. After chatting with Shawn for a bit, we decided that replacing the entire system was the right call since the whole system was so old and had been acting up a lot over the last couple of years. They had the unit installed a couple days later and now our house is livable again. Thanks to Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning for a fast, great job for our install!

My water heater started leaking and went out in the afternoon. I of course needed it replaces ASAP. I called Active Plumbing and Tony Emmons came out within an hour. He was very helpfully, guided me through the entire process and pricing. I was also very pleases to find that he could do it today! Incredible service from start to finish! My AC was leaking and needed replacement. From the time I first called to get a free estimate to the final step of installation, the entire team at Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning was sooo amazing!!! Shawn has been there every step of the way, answering all my questions and concerns, and Adam and his team, as promised, have removed and installed my entire AC system, inside and out, in about 6 hours! I was amazed with how knowledgeable and efficient they were, but what I appreciated the most was that they were straightforward and provided me with the best options and then went above and beyond to deliver incredible service, making sure everything was done right, every step of the way.
